EDD Formats

In addition to Spectrum's hard copy reports, your results can be sent to you in an Electronic Data Deliverable (EDD). These files are automatically generated by our LIMS, and can be used to import into your own software and data management applications.

There are several EDD formats available:

  • CAL-Trans
  • COELT 1.2a
  • DBASE IV
  • EQUIS
  • GIS/Key
  • Microsoft Access
  • Microsoft Excel
  • PDF (scanned image of report)
  • Text - comma-delimited fields
  • Text - fixed-width fields
  • Text - tab-delimited fields
  • XML

Data Quality Assessment Spreadsheets

Spectrum currently provides our clients with the CT DEP Reasonable Confidence Protocols (RCP) Laboratory Analysis QA/QC Certification Form, laboratory narrative and is now offering a Data Quality Assessment (DQA) spreadsheet to aid in the on-going Data Usability Evaluation of your projects. The DQA spreadsheet evaluates all deliverable and non-deliverable quality control parameters within the RCP and displays any non-conformances. DQA spreadsheets will be provided upon request within 48 hours of final reporting. We are offering this service for a fee of 10% of the analytical cost. Please be sure to request your DQA spreadsheet on your Chain of Custody upon sample submittal.
