This concept is an organization that combines human philosophy named: Humanity Attainment Theory, ideals, goals and environmental technology that will ultimately serve as an overall peace-making process. It is comprised of a family name that emphasizes the commitment to form a "Humanity Attainment Unit" that leads this comprehensive philosophy along with its humanity business strategy to finalize and publish the theory's book and conduct many future research and development (R&D) scientific studies in conjunction with environmental technology functions, with universities, state departments and possibly the United Nations.Purpose

- Develop the basic principles of "The Peace Suitability Strategy".
- Conduct Technical, Political and Philosophical Presentations and Seminars concerning this theory and the practical steps of the peace process.
- Work with local and nationwide universities to develop and implement the environmental technology concept using the "Quality Team Alliance Strategy" as an essential instrumental tool towards the foundation of the "International Training Center"
Hanibal Technology will be utilized as a training center under an assignment granted by the United Nations for countries that cannot achieve and/or maintain a level of economic development. The lack of this achievement promotes the continued existence and spreading of hazardous materials and the concomitant damage caused thereby.
